The Administrative Union Wild Park Neandertal
The Administrative Union Wild Park Neandertal runs the wild park. It is a public corporation. Its members are the cities
of Düsseldorf, Wuppertal, Mettmann, Haan, and Erkrath, as well as the administrative district Mettmann,
and the Nature Conservancy Association Neandertal. |
The communal members finance the wild park, as there are costs for the game keepers, park management, maintenance of lots
and feed buildings, and for feeding stuff. The hiking trails around the Ice Age Wild Park are free of charge.
